Bilingual Call Center Agents
A rapidly expanding multinational travel company, CheapOair.ca is seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, and proactive full-time and part-time Bilingual Call Center Agents for our Toronto office.
- Customer service experience in a call center environment;
- Assist clients with their travel needs;
- Accurately handle flight changes and other client requests;
- Knowledge of fare rules and airline policies;
- Must have current knowledge of online booking tools and GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo/ Galileo preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- TICO certified preferred;
- Salary and Benefits plus incentives;
- Fluent in written and spoken English & French;
- Must be available to work weekends.
