Bilingual Call Center Agents

Job description

A rapidly expanding multinational travel company, is seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, and proactive full-time and part-time Bilingual Call Center Agents for our Toronto office.

  • Customer service experience in a call center environment;
  • Assist clients with their travel needs;
  • Accurately handle flight changes and other client requests;
  • Knowledge of fare rules and airline policies;
  • Must have current knowledge of online booking tools and GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo/ Galileo preferred;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • TICO certified preferred;
  • Salary and Benefits plus incentives;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & French;
  • Must be available to work weekends.
