Job description
  1. Able to handle AR & AP independently;
  2. Maintain AR & AP files;
  3. Prepare accounts payable checks and ensure cheques are mailed out on a time;
  4. Prepare daily deposit;
  5. Prepare accounting reports;
  6. Data entry;
  7. Any adhoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager;
Requirements
  1. 1 – 2 years working experience; fresh graduate are also welcome;
  2. Experience in the travel industry is preferable;
  3. Knowledge of Trams is a plus;
  4. Proficiency with MS Office and Windows;
  5. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is added asset.
