Travel Sales Lead
Travel Sales Leads manage the activities of the travel office to maximize performance through effective leadership and create a superior performing travel consultant team. You must have a passion for travel that is contagious and excites, inspires, and motivates staff to convert new people into repeat clients.You are motivated to help your team meet and exceed sales targets and go above and beyond when it comes to client retention and customer inquiries. You manage and monitor the administrative functions and operational processes of the branch and ensure compliance with industry standards and head office requirements. You are a sales leader, an achiever of sales targets and will exhibit vigilance of consultants’ goals and are always on the look out for the next opportunity to raise the bar.
Minimum 3 years in a retail travel environment required
Experience with Clint Linq an asset
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Superb selling and coaching skills
Time management and organizational skills
