Job description
  1. Answering phone calls and emails from travel agents who are interested in obtaining a quote for travel
  2. Researching fares and preparing quotes
  3. Sending quotes to customers and do appropriate follow-ups
  4. Issuing tickets and collecting payment
  5. Updating reports as necessary for tracking purposes


Requirements
  1. Basic knowledge of GDS systems: Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo/ Galileo
  2. Proficiency with MS Office and Windows applications
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English
  4. Excellent customer service skills
  5. Experience as a call centre agent is an asset
  6. Experience in travel industry is an asset
