Job description
  • Able to handle AR & AP independently;
  • Maintain AR & AP files;
  • Prepare accounts payable checks and ensure cheques are mailed out on a time;
  • Prepare daily deposit;
  • Prepare accounting reports;
  • Data entry;
Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years working experience; fresh graduate are also welcome;
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferable;
  • Knowledge of Trams is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Windows.
